Reason for the error:

You will get this error if you are trying to enable the sorted input property of the Aggregator which is being used before an update strategy transformation.

•PowerCenter sets an automatic partition point with a ‘hash auto keys’ method for each Aggregator that does not use sorted input.

•This insures that rows belonging to the same group do not end up in different partitions

If you enable sorted input in the aggreagator the partition type changes to pass-through partitioning which is not acceptable and the session becomes invalid.
